1. We will schedule a free 15-minute consultation to learn more about you or loved one's needs. Your concerns are valid!
2. Following our initial conversation, we will decide whether or not a comprehensive evaluation is the next best step.
3. Develop a personalized treatment plan. We will collaborate with you/caregivers to determine the most suitable plan of care.
We only accept private pay.
We will gladly provide a "Superbill" with the codes and information needed to submit self-claims to your insurance to potentially receive reimbursement or apply towards your out-of-network deductible.
Payment is due at time of service; accepting all major credit cards through electronic payment system. Speech therapy services are eligible for HSA or FSAs.
Frequency of visits will vary. We will work together to determine a program frequency that gets results while also allowing you to balance the demands of your day-to-day life.
We provide speech, language, cognitive therapy to the Perrysburg, OH community and the surrounding areas.
We provide therapy in-home and in-community.
Insurance: Yes, if you want to submit a Superbill for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider through your insurance plan.
Private Pay: No, speech-language pathologists are able to see clients without a doctor’s prescription if you are not billing through insurance.
Evaluation (60 minutes) = $100
Treatment session (50 minutes) = $70
